The Community Links Programme is a funding source which can be used to deliver improvements to cycling and walking paths networks.  If a Community Group is interested in developing a project they need to work with the local authority or other statutory organisation (e.g. National Parks, etc) on its delivery and applying for money.   The involvement and interest of a community group in a scheme is useful for Local Authorities to prove evidence of need for a scheme, so your interest in a scheme could assist in increasing how likely it is for a given project to obtain funding.  We can offer up to 50% level of funding on schemes.
